You don't have to Diabetes!

What if there were a natural trace mineral missing in our depleted soil, highly processed diet? What if its absence were the key to reversing diabetes, high cholesterol, autism, kidney trouble, and hypoglycemia?

According to researcher Christopher Barr there is. And our government is well aware of it through published studies it chooses to ignore. It is, he says, as if the CDC actually stands for the Centers for Disease Creation. Barr has two small booklets that make a powerful case -- backed by mainstream science -- about the importance of supplementing the diet with food matrix embedded chromium.

We are told it is toxic. But what is toxic is the "picolinate" form, a cheap hexavalent (manufactured) poison damaging to the kidneys.

The form the body can absorb and utilize free of problems is GTF chromium derived by growing it on a special nutritional yeast base. There is no food with extra chromium to replenish the body. What little chromium exists in whole foods is utilized in the digestion of those foods with none left over to store up.

How did this happen?
Chromium is lost by eating "whites" -- white bread, white rice, and worst of all white sugar. These are the highly "processed" (robbed of all natural nutrients) foods to avoid. But they make up the largest portion of the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet).

They are not only robbed of nutrients, they rob the body of what little chromium it has to digest them and make energy. Our chromium is not being replaced. Many Americans over 40 have zero chromium left. Usually eating whole foods provides just enough chromium for their own digestion, none extra. Deficiency is the cause of birth defects for women over 40 trying to have babies, not "old eggs" or natural DNA breakdown.

For thyroid issues (endinghypothyroidism.org) T4 is harmful! But this is what doctors prescribe by arrangement with very lucrative pharmaceutical companies. People need T3 and selenium, which fixes the thyroid. Iodine does not work without selenium.

Selenium
Selenium is also the oldest and most powerful scientifically establsihed cancer treatment -- going on 100 years.

This is not "alternative" medicine. This is ordinary medicine we are not told about -- in spite of the fact that studies have already been done and shown their effectiveness. Cholesterol problem? 
There is no such thing, according to Barr. Chromium manages cholesterol. And the LDL number does not matter so long as HDL is high. Up HDL with chromium supplementation.

The CDC should be understood to stand for the Center for Disease Creation. TYPE II DIABETES (adult onset) is the second highest form of the condition, not in adults but in preteens.

Meanwhile, we are also not told that white flour is technically against the law. The government, of course, does not enforce this law. And fortunately for the pharmaceutical industry, it is a major cause of many of our degenerative conditions.

It is the Number 1 most consumed food in American diet (20%), almost always with sugar. It is killing us in many ways, both by robbing us of nutrients and causing reactions. It is now found in various indigestible forms with hard winter red hybrids being unrecognizable to the body. Gluten sensitivity is the result and eventually allergies and chronic inflammation.

This is why kamut and spelt are, or were (before they were manipulated and made unrecognizable to the body as well) sometimes digestible by celiacs and other gluten-sensitive people.

Hypoglycemia is pre-diabetes we are told. In fact, one is not metabolizing sugars. It is not a problem of eating too much or too little sugar. One will not be able to without chromium. But chromium does not act alone as a magic bullet. Also associated, important, and missing in our low chromium diets are: silicon, magnesium, B6, and selenium.

WARNING: The government-created form (chromium picolinate) is toxic. It is a hexavalent (manufactured) form that acts as a slow poison. It causes kidney damage because chromium naturally pools there for unknown reasons. It is the picolinate fraction that is so dangerous, not the chromium itself.

Autism
Low chromium is implicated in autism. Chromium potentiates insulin, which means one must adjust (lower) cholesterol medicine dosages, insulin shots, or whatever allopathic treatment one is taking as chromium levels are increased.
