Feb. 12: The Hahamonga Nursery with Nick Hummingbird (GFAS)

Hahamonga Cooperative Nursery is an invaluable asset to Pasadena's Arroyo Seco, other Foothill communities, and Southern California, providing low-cost native plants for restoration, conservation, and park uses. Chumash Native American Nick Hummingbird is the Hahamongna Coop's nursery manager. He has worked on Channel Islands doing large-scale habitat restoration with the National Park Service and also received training from the Theodore Payne Foundation and Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Garden in Claremont. More
